Meet the Staff

Our Office & Surgical Staff in Metairie

Office Manager- Lisa Welch:

Lisa has extensive experience to help coordinate all of the patients needs during treatment at our Center. She will help in electronic patient registration, coordination of visits between our office and the patients dentists, handling financial considerations, communicating between all members of the treating team. She makes the patients visit efficient and pleasant.

Our team members  coordinate the dental implant care for the patient. They make sure communication with the restorative dentist is effective in order that the patient’s time is best handled, with all of the parts and surgical treatment well coordinated. All staff are available to answer questions concerning implant treatment from both the dentist and the patient, and the patient’s family as necessary.

Surgical Tech

We hire hospital trained surgical technicians who are especially trained in sterile technique, which is very important within our practice.

All three of our surgical techs are trained surgical assistants,  recently graduating from the Surgical Assisting Program at Delgado. They have extensive training at East Jefferson General Hospital and are trained as an operating room assistants with knowledge of sterile technique, general surgical procedures, and principles.

Assistant Office Manager- Colleen Block:

Colleen works alongside Lisa making the patient’s visit perfect. She is a great liaison between the patient and the Center.
